Frank has over 35 years extensive experience of structural and civil engineering projects across a diverse range of sectors and successfully managing delivery teams, to achieve high quality designs to agreed programmes and budget whilst acting as Project Director.

Frank was the original structural and civil engineer on the current 5200 building located in Stevenage, leading the structural and civil engineering design team on the site wide development as part of Whitby Bird & Partners.

Since then and as part of DCL, Frank has subsequently led similar projects including leading and overseeing the design work for £100m+ data centres, and similar curved wall structures and seismic blocks in Turkey, Vietnam and Poland.
