Freddie first joined the team in 2023 during his industry placement year as part of his Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, where his final-year project explored the structural analysis of origami-inspired forms.

He returned to the team full-time in 2025. Since rejoining, Freddie has played an active role in delivering projects from concept through to construction. His work includes supporting structural design, producing technical reports, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient project delivery.

He is currently working towards professional chartership, supported by his mentor (and long-term FPL rival) Will.
