Design Engineer

Theo works as a Design Engineer within our core Design Team. He supports project delivery through the development of detailed calculations, technical reports, and comprehensive design solutions.

Theo graduated with a First-Class Master’s Degree from the University of Nottingham in 2025. His thesis assessed current design criterion surrounding high strength steel hollow section welded joints using bespoke finite element analysis models. Since joining DCL, Theo has shown a keen interest in developing detailed technical hand drawings of his designs.
